What internal struggle is Katniss having since she and Peeta won the Hunger Games?

katniss has to face wether she like peeta or gale.and also katniss has the major weight of the capitol and she thinks they want to kill her.( first one to comment!)

ReplyDeleteThe internal struggle that Katniss is having is that she has to chose between Peeta and Gale. She has more money then she needs so she tries to spread around the money . Katniss also is scared because the capital wants her dead and they usually get what they want.

ReplyDeleteYa, lot's of people agree this is like Twilight, which it pratically is. Katniss' fatal problem is that she has to decide between Peeta and Gale. Although Gale was Katniss' childhood friend, but since Peeta made a bond with Katniss during the Hunger Games, I take Peeta's side in this round.
ReplyDeleteThe eternal struggle that Katniss must face is the decision between Gael and Peeta. Also the capital hates her guts which could be a problem. And also she has a lot of money on her hands which she doesn't know how to spend.

ReplyDeleteI think that kattnis' enternal struggle is that she has to decide whether or not she loves peeta or gale and the Capitol wants to kill her. She also is struggling with the amount of money she and peeta got for winning the Hunger Games and she has nothing to do with it. I also agree with Daniel and Siobhan when they said that if kattnis tells anybody, like she is dying to, the Capitol will come and kill her!

Since she kissed and said she loves Peeta too.Gale must feel really bad becuase what if he had the same feelings for her?! Also how the capitol was like mad when the love birds won and that the capitol really "hates" them and they want them dead for good. The capitol is really powerful so if they really wanted they could do that. Of course how she has a lot of money becuase she won the hunger games and she doesn't know how to spend it. (i would know how to spend it!!!)
ReplyDeleteIf I were kattnis, I would give some money into getting food for the poor people in District 12. I think that would be a good thing to do, unless the Capitol doesn't want her to so that might be an option!
ReplyDeleteSince she said she loved peeta she can't be with gale and that might change the capitols mind about letting both peeta and katniss win. Also the capitol is already mad about letting them win. Katniss is really stressed about it because she has to make one of the biggest decisions of her life.
ReplyDeleteThe internal struggle that Katniss is facing is that she has to choose between Gale or Peeta obviosly. Because she kissed Peeta in the games, she thinks it might ruin her friendship with Gale, which she has had for a long time. Also, the capital wants her and Peeta dead because they refused to kill each other in the games. And since that hasn't happened yet, I can infer that the capital will probably capture peeta to harm Katniss because the capital knows that they are in love. And finally, she has the money problem because she doesn't know what to do with all that money. I agree with Quinn on how this is like Twilight. Thank you, and good night. :)
ReplyDeleteThe internal struggle for Katniss is the bond between her and Gale and the passion between her and Peeta. Gale and Katniss have been friends for ever and I think it must break Gale's heart to have that whole life time of love destroyed by Katnisses love afair with Peeta during the games.
ReplyDeleteKatniss has to struggle internally of wether to choose if she likes gale or peeta because she has a strong bond with both of them and she is in love with both of them. There bond was corn in the hungar game so it would be hard to choose hwho as her soulmate.
ReplyDeleteDuring the Hunger Games, Katniss said very convincing love comments to Peeta. This gave Peeta the notion that Katniss loved him. After the Hunger Games, Katniss seemed to have something going on with Gael, making Peeta jealous.
ReplyDeleteThe internal struggle for katniss is that she sorta has to pick between gale and peter and she loves them both alot. Another thing she is struggling is that she has literally bags of gold and money and no one, including gale, will take her money and she just doesn't feel right when people right on the streets are rising because they have mo food and katniss is just sitting with bags of money she doesn't really need!
ReplyDeleteThe last thing I think that katniss is struggling with is the Capitol because if she runs away, then that shows that she is weak and she has to run to "sAve" her life but if she justs sits there like a sitting duck then she is really vonerable to the Capitol.
So all in all Katniss has alot to struggle through to clear up those internal struggles but in time (as in when we read the book) we will find those answers to those internal struggle!!!!!

Since Katniss and Peeta won the Hunger Games,her internal struggles are:
ReplyDelete1) She has to decide between Peeta or Gale. In the Hunger Games, Katniss has been spending a lot of time with Peeta, acting all 'lovey dovey' but she doesnt know her true feelings about him. Since the Hunger Games, Katniss and Gale have not seen each other for a long time, and Gale works in a mine now, so the relationship between them isnt as strong as it was before.
2) The Capitol. Another internal struggle is the Capitol. They didnt like how Katniss and Peeta faked suicide, and theywant to kill both of them
3) Money. Since Katniss and Peeta had won the hunger games, they have LOTS of money, and they dont know what to do with it, and Katniss want to share it with people. Another issue with money is since they are so rich now, Katniss can buy stuff to keep her and her family alive, and doesnt have to hunt for it anymore, which leaves a lot of time in her hands, and she has nothing to do anymore.
i think everyone agrees with the twilight thing.
